Sedum Lemon Drop, Sedum \’Lemon Drop’, has bright yellow flowers in late summer and fall. The sprays of the bright yellow flowers are held just above the succulent frosty green leaves on this easy-to-grow plant.
It is a tidy little Sedum for rock gardens or as a ground cover. Butterflies love the yellow flowers.
Lemon Drop needs extra water during the summer if rainfall is less than 1 inch per week. Choose an area where the plant will receive sunlight for at least 6 hours a day.
After the first killing frost, the stems should be cut back to an inch or two above soil line.
