On Edge Tall Bearded Iris, Iris Germanica \’On Edge’, is an alluring, early-mid season bloomer that evokes a delicate, rustic charm with its soft billowing petals, long slender stems, and shades of violet and white. The upright petals of each blossom are a delicate violet/lavender shade, with the downward petals (falls), featuring pristine white, edged in purple. A delightful yellow beard provides an additional splash of color to the velvety falls.
On Edge is a clump-forming plant that will be most comfortable in sunny sections of your garden, but is not intolerant to partial shade either. This delightful plant is relatively low maintenance and hardy.
