Garden Plant: Dwarf Korean Lilac Tree
Product Description: Dwarf Korean Lilac Tree
Fragrant Lilac Blooms on a Lovely Ornamental Tree!
The Tree Form Dwarf Korean Lilac is a dwarf variety of Lilac in tree form with single trunk. The prolific blooms are highly fragrant and pale lilac in color.
This Korean Lilac is a beautiful and popular patio shrub that is smothered in stunning panicles of fragrant flowers at the ends of the branches in late spring. Not to mention drawing droves of pollinators and butterflies! It displays dark green foliage that emerges burgundy in spring.
Dwarf Korean Lilac has a rounded form and has been trained to grow in a small, tree-like shape, with the primary plant grafted high atop a standard. It is best used as a solitary accent or focal point in the garden.
Being a relatively low maintenance tree, it should only be pruned after flowering to avoid removing any of next season’s flowers.
Blooming profusely at an early age, this ornamental plant makes an excellent accent or specimen in the landscape!
